Maxim MAX96707 14 位 GMSL 串行器是采用 4mm × 4mm TQFN 封装的紧凑型串行器,特别适合用于汽车摄像头应用。 在高带宽模式下,12 位线性或组合 HDR 数据类型的并行时钟值是 116MHz。 嵌入式控制通道在 I2C 模式下以 9.6kbps 至 1Mbps 的速度运行,允许对串行器、解串器 (SerDes) 和不受制于视频时钟的摄像头寄存器进行编程。 为了驱动更长的电缆,该 IC 有可编程预加重/去加重特性。 串行输出上有可编程扩频。 串行输出满足 ISO 10605 和 IEC 61000-4-2 ESD 标准。 供电电压范围为 1.7V 至 1.9V。
For driving longer cables, the IC has programmable pre/deemphasis. Programmable spread spectrum is available on the serial output. The serial output meets ISO 10605 and IEC 61000-4-2 ESD standards. The supply range is 1.7V to 1.9V.FEATURES· Ideal for safety camera applications
